Turn the radio to red 1 and when the net control as for visitors push the button and speak your call sign. We will get you on the permanent roster next time it comes out.

Tonight I will be attending the meeting for the first time. Do I just tune into ARC32 Red 1 and listen? Do I have to check in? If so how do I do it?

Is this the right email to ask these questions?
