I've used (cheapo) Baofeng UV 5R earpiece/mic/PTT combo on AT 878 Bt.  It plugs right in works well so far. Chinese radios seem to use same convention at least on accessories.

Posted in a Facebook 878 users group. 878 external mic plug pinout.  And apparently not just any mic will work if you were thinking of using another.  The Anytone mics have extra RFI filtering to avoid motorboating noise.  73 Steve
