Jim, thanks for the offer and support.
The fire is almost 99% under control as of 5 pm last night.
Royce is coming to pick up the trailer later on today.

Bob, has the fire been put out enough for the ARC comm trailer to be taken down for return to base? Do you need help with that. My wife Gwen and I can get to Julian area this afternoon if you need help then.  What does Brice need taken out there? I am going to ARC today at 11. Can get things there if things needed at TEP.  Let us know. Jim N6DAR

Don't know if you took any DMR radios with you but you might try the K6CLX DMR repeater:

TX:  449.700

RX:  444.700

CC 1

We have been requested to support the Southern Fire East of Julian.  I need volunteers who are willing and able to go to TEP which is located at Agua Caliente County Park. I’m looking to deploy the Comm’s Trailer as there is no cell service and very limited other methods of communicating. They are also asking to a radio operator to be located at the ICP for communications back to the TEP.

Please send a text to 760 533 1957 with your name and if you are or are not available to support this incident. I will need operators at the TEP and someone from home to monitor communications. If we get enough responding we will add a operator to the ICP.

Thanks

Bob
