That is true for home-based service. Like in Los Angeles there is even a waitlist for new service. With the RV service you may not get service in over saturated areas. Even in none over saturated

Bill, I think the confusion MIGHT have been that (going from memory) it asks you to sign in to WebEx if you have an account, or continue as a guest. I used the guest option. Steve W6SJK --
