From PAPA: "Due to power interruptions at our Palomar and San Marcos sites, PAPA 9, PAPA 10, D-STAR repeaters D9 and D10 and the Palomar and San Marcos DMR repeaters are down." Steve K

The San Diego AREDN network is still operational, including the Otay backbone node cluster.

The Otay repeaters are offline due to SDG&E power shutdown due to wind conditions. Unknown duration of course. Steve
