Hi, All!

Just in time for Saturday's Shelter HOT - the first draft of the
Field Operations SOG. I know it's short notice, but for those
attending the HOT if you get a chance please review it before the
exercise. Its a little rough, as it's here two weeks before my self-
imposed deadline, but I didn't want to miss the chance to test it
during a real live exercise.

With a bit of luck, I hope to have a least one copy of a draft Field
Operations Notebook for the Communications Teams to use when setting
up at the shelter.
