Shelter Exercise July 23rd

As mentioned during last weeks net we are going to participate in the exercise this coming Saturday. We will be working with the IEEE folks on using the IEEE truck in support of a shelter operation. There are 2 separate sessions from 10am til 12 noon, Lunch will be provided from 12 noon til 1pm, the second session will be from 1pm till 3pm.
I have a list of folks who have indicated a desire to participate. This is your last chance to indicate if you would like to participate on Saturday. I want to give the organizers a head count for lunch tomorrow evening.

Hi Bob
YES I would like to help you with the
computers and it would be a learning experience.
You said to be there at 0900 for the
set up and the exercise lasts until 1500.
Do I need to bring anything? My EmComm
truck works HF and I can check into the Calif State OES 60 Meter
net at 1000. Is other Red Cross chapters active in this event to
pass traffic to?
