Don,
When you go to the group's homepage at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ARC2_SDICC/ ,
along the left hand side of the page should be a blue box with a list of option
starting at the top with "Home".
Go to "Files". (you may have to log in)
There should be a folder entitled "Procedures Committee".
Open the folder, and look in the "Reference Folder".
If the above doesn't work, I'll tell you something else.
