For those interesting in participating, please the see attached Red Cross exercise scenario.  Please note there are two activity times for different groups during this exercise.  For Red Cross, pages 3-5 pertain.  Further regional coordination will have to be done as this appears to involve RDO's, DPM's and/or Regional CEO's.  

If you are a member of another Emcomm group, pages 6-13 pertain.  This portion of the exercise is more practical and hands on and uses Winlink forms, GPS coordinates, pictures (optional) and message handling.
