There was a question if someone in San Luis Obispo can reach the PAPA analog system for Tuesday night RCCT weekly net. The answers are No, Yes and Yes: · (No) Due to the segmentation to isolate PAPA Analog Repeaters #7, 9, 10, 11, 15 & 18, a person in San Luis Obispo Cannot check-in to the ARCCT weekly net. · (Yes) A person in San Luis Obispo can reach the PAPA system through PAPA 6 (Santa Ynez) 446.760 Dup (-) PL 156.7 And if you request an early check-in (5 min.) before our Sysops segments (isolates) #7, 9, 10, 11, 15 & 18 you can be heard throughout the PAPA System. (Note that PAPA 6 and PAPA 3 (Santiago) have the same Tx/Rx frequency but different PL) · (Yes) The same goes for checking-in through EchoLink*. You can EchoLink check-in from anywhere in the world if you have internet by QSO through *PAPA* PAPA System. I had a QSO with W6SJK from Aqua Caliete Springs through the EchoLink (Ranger had Internet at the club house). Again, you will need to Early check-in 5 min before Sysops segments (isolates) PAPA #7, 9, 10, 11, 15 & 18
