Just came today.  Still learning
Not ready for prime time - has some serious limitations:
Doesn't read code plug files!  If I try to load a code plug file it crashes.  Only reads/writes from/to the HT.
Doesn't read or write CONTACTS from/to the HT.
Doesn't have a firmware update function.
Does seem to have a tab delimited file import function and some sort of import from RFinder, RadioReference and RepeaterBook but I haven't tried it.
Oh well. Just use a spreadsheet :(
